This top-floor executive penthouse is set within an exclusive security block of just 12 residences, ideally located moments from Hall Street’s vibrant dining and café scene, and only a 6–8 minute stroll to Bondi Beach.
Bathed in natural light, the home features a spacious north-facing entertainer’s terrace that wraps around to a private balcony off the master bedroom—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Inside, the sleek modern kitchen is equipped with premium appliances, including a Nespresso machine and double-door fridge/freezer, ideal for longer stays or relaxed entertaining.
With lift access from the secure underground garage and one convenient parking space (max height 190cm), this penthouse offers a seamless blend of luxury, comfort, and coastal lifestyle—suited for both families and executive travellers.

Please specify your preferred bedding configuration when booking. If you require the living room sofa, additional guest fees apply.
- Parking garage access is restricted to max 190cm height. The space is quite tight and best for small to medium cars (no large SUVs).
- For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.
- A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
- A refundable security bond of $700 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
- Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.
1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

CHECK IN: A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards. Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.
CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
