Close enough to hear and smell the ocean, yet just far enough away enough to offer privacy and tranquility, truly enjoy the Bondi local lifestyle. Ideally located on the Ben Buckler headland, enjoy spectacular ocean views 20 seconds from your front door, or explore Flat Rock just around the corner. The north end of Bondi Beach and its newly renovated ocean pool is just a quick stroll away.
Bright and airy in a small art deco block of 8 with shared garden, this comfortable home is an ideal base all year round. Two generous bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes. Brand new kitchen, bathroom, and built-in laundry.

- This home is located in a quiet residential block. Please respect our neighbours.
- There is no parking space available although there is free 2-hour street parking available between 8am - 10pm on Hastings Parade (please note it can sometimes be tricky to find a spot, especially in the summer).A parking permit can also be obtained from Waverley Council.
- For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.
- A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
- A refundable security bond of $700 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
- Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.
1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

CHECK IN: A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards. Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.
CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
