  • Bondi Dream is your relaxed coastal escape. Perfectly positioned on a peaceful residential street just a short stroll to the sand, this charming three-bedroom home sleeps up to 7 guests and features a private sauna, ice bath, sun-drenched backyard, and everything you need for a laid-back Bondi stay.

    Inside, the light-filled living area invites you to unwind with a comfy lounge, smart TV, and plenty of space to relax after a day in the surf. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for casual meals, with ample bench space and essential appliances. While there’s no dishwasher, but everything else is at your fingertips for easy cooking.

    The bedroom layout is ideal for families or groups: a king room, a single room, and a bunk room with a double bed below and single on top. The main bathroom features a combined shower and bath, perfect for rinsing off sandy toes or bathing the kids.

    Other perks include a separate laundry with washer and dryer, two car spaces, and level access for easy entry, especially helpful for families with prams. You’ll also be just minutes from Bondi’s best restaurants, shops, cafes, and coastal walks.

    • Bedroom 1: King

    • Bedroom 3: Triple bunk (double on bottom / single on top)

    • Living room: Queen sofa bed

    Please specify your preferred bedding configuration when booking. If you require the living room sofa bed, additional guest fees apply.

    • For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.

    • A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

    • A refundable security bond of $1,500 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.

    • Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

  • 1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.

    2. No pets are allowed on the premises.

    3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.

    4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.

    5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

  • CHECK IN: Our concierge will meet you at the property to walk you through and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM.

    CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
