Spectacular uninterrupted beach views, just steps to the surf and sand. Enjoy a full panoramic view of stunning Bondi Beach from this amazing beachfront apartment. From the living area and balcony you’ll see the clear, blue waves of the ocean sparkling and cresting.
Guests can relax in this sanctuary by the sea or take in all Bondi has to offer with walks on the beach, amazing cafes and local markets.
The apartment offers two bedrooms and open plan living space. Air conditioning, full kitchen, internal laundry, complimentary Wifi and flat screen smart TV are just a few features in this beautiful apartment.
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: 2x Single beds (or King bed upon request)
- Living area: Double sofa bed
Please specify your preferred bedding configuration when booking. If you require the living room sofa bed, additional guest fees apply.
- There is one flight of stairs to climb to access the apartment.
- Located in a secured building with double security access and cameras.
- No parking space is available with this home. Metered street parking is available out front, and free street parking on surrounding streets. A parking permit can also be obtained from Waverley Council.
- For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.
- A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
- A refundable security bond of $700 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
- Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.
1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

CHECK IN: A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards. Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.
CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
