  • Wake up to panoramic ocean views in this modern top-floor penthouse, perfectly positioned directly opposite Bondi Beach. Just steps from the surf and moments to Bondi’s vibrant cafΓ©s and restaurants, this stylish one-bedroom apartment offers the ultimate coastal escape for singles or couples.

    The open-plan layout features a sunlit living area with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto the private terrace to soak up the sun, fire up the BBQ, or enjoy alfresco dining while watching the waves roll in.

    Please note: There is no lift access, three flights of stairs lead to the apartment. The awning shown in earlier photos has now been removed due to rooftop regulations.

    • Bedroom 1: Queen

    • There are three flights of stairs to climb to access the apartment.

    • No parking space is available with this home. Metered street parking is available out front. A parking permit can also be obtained from Waverley Council.

    • For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.

    • A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

    • A refundable security bond of $700 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.

    • Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

  • 1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.

    2. No pets are allowed on the premises.

    3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.

    4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.

    5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

  • CHECK IN: A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards. Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.

    CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
