If you're looking for a room with a vie, this is it! The Ultimate is a beautifully styled two-bedroom apartment offering breathtaking, uninterrupted ocean views across the entirety of Bondi Beach.
Perched in a premium location on the quiet side of Bondi (just behind Icebergs), and bordering Tamarama, this north-facing apartment looks out across the full curve of Bondi.
Enjoy open-plan living with a well-equipped kitchen and a light-filled lounge area that opens onto a private balcony. Complete with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ, it's the perfect spot for coffee at sunrise, alfresco lunches, or evening drinks overlooking the ocean. You might even catch whales passing by (no binoculars required).
The apartment features all-new Australian Blackbutt floorboards, fresh furnishings, and large glass doors that invite in the ocean breeze. Additional features include a dedicated desk in the master bedroom and high-speed NBN Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

The apartment will be set up with a Queen and King bed configuration. If you require two single beds, please let us know at the time of booking. 24hrs notice is required.
- This homes does not have an allocated parking space. Parking is limited to 2 hours during the daytime directly outside. A parking permit may be obtained from Waverley Council, alternatively unlimited free street parking can be found within a 10 minute walk.
- There is one flight of stairs down from the street to access building entry and two flights of stairs up to the apartment on the second floor. No lift access.
- For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.
- A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
- A refundable security bond of $700 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
- Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.
1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

CHECK IN: A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards. Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.
CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
