Newly renovated and full of natural light, the apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, one terrazzo bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a peaceful living space designed for easy coastal living. Perched on the top corner of a quiet Art Deco block of just 12 apartments, the home captures sweeping, uninterrupted views of Bondi’s sand, surf, and headlands from every angle.
A thoughtfully placed breakfast nook sits right by the window—perfect for morning coffee and whale watching. The living and dining area is bathed in sun throughout the day, thanks to wide windows that maximise the incredible beachfront outlook.
High ceilings and lime-washed timber floors create an airy, relaxed feel, while the queen-size master bedroom offers built-ins and serene views across the neighbouring golf course. The modern kitchen comes complete with internal laundry, making long stays easy and comfortable.

There are three flights of stairs to climb to access the apartment. No lift access.
No parking space is available with this home. Metered street parking is available out front, and free street parking on surrounding streets. A parking permit can also be obtained from Waverley Council.
**Please be advised that construction is currently underway at the building next door. Construction hours are as follows: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. There will be no construction activities on Sundays or public holidays. We are unaware of the length of time that these works will take place for at this point in time.
For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.
A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
A refundable security bond of $700 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

CHECK IN: A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards. Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.
CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
