This spacious three-bedroom, split-level penthouse is perfectly positioned in the golden triangle of North Bondiβjust minutes from the beach and moments from local cafΓ©s, shops, and transport.
Set over two light-filled levels, the home features stylish interiors and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, with two sun-soaked terraces ideal for dining, lounging, or enjoying beach views. The upper entertainerβs terrace offers a glimpse of the coastline, a BBQ, and space to unwind in true Bondi style.
Located in a secure building with lift access, the apartment includes garage parking for one vehicle and is suitable for prams or wheelchairs. One internal staircase connects the two levels.
Pets may be considered on request (non-shedding dogs only).

One parking space is available in a private dual garage.
Small non-shedding dogs are allowed upon approval. If you choose to bring a small dog, there will be an additional fee of $100 added to your booking. Dogs MUST NOT be left unattended in the home; please keep them off the furniture. Please bring your own bedding for your dog. Non-shedding small dogs only upon approval.
The first level of this home is wheelchair accessible comprising of one bedroom with ensuite (large elevator and wheelchair lift are available for use in the building). The second floor of the apartment is accessible via stairs only.
For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.
A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
A refundable security bond of $1,500 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

CHECK IN: A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards. Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.
CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
