    This stylish two-bedroom designer apartment features spacious interiors, each bedroom offering built-in wardrobes and access to private balconies. The open-plan living area flows seamlessly outdoors to a large terrace, perfect for indoor-outdoor entertaining or relaxing in the sunshine.

    Guests will share exclusive access of the rooftop garden which enjoys stunning 360 views of Bondi Beach, the Sydney Harbour, & City skyline.

    With secure, undercover parking for one car and all the comforts needed for both short and extended stays, this home is an ideal base for experiencing Sydney in style and comfort.

    • Bedroom 1: King bed with private attached bathroom

    • Bedroom 2: King bed (or 2 singles on request)

    • Living area: Sofa bed (pull out, double size)

    Please specify your preferred bedding configuration when booking. If you require the living room sofa bed, additional guest fees apply.

    • Rooftop terrace access is shared with one other unit.

    • For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.

    • A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

    • A refundable security bond of $700 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.

    • Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

  • 1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.

    2. No pets are allowed on the premises.

    3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.

    4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.

    5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

  • CHECK IN: A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards. Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.

    CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
