    This rare, north-facing apartment looks out across the full sweep of Bondi Beach from the south headland. Watch the sunrise over the ocean or lookout for whales from the master bedroom, living, and dining areas.

    The apartment features designer furnishings and a breezy open-plan kitchen and living space. Bedrooms are quiet and positioned away from street noise for a restful night’s sleep.

    The kitchen includes granite benchtops, a gas stove, mid-sized fridge, and essentials for four. The bathroom features a deep soaking tub and filtered shower water.

    Ideal for a work-from-home staycation, a desk is positioned to face the ocean, paired with high-speed NBN Wi-Fi.

    Located just minutes from Icebergs, the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk (via the back gate at the bottom of the property), cafes, rock pools, shops, and public transport.

    • Bedroom 1: Queen Bed

    • Bedroom 2: King bed (or 2 singles upon request)

    The apartment will be set up with a Queen and King bed configuration. If you require two single beds, please let us know at the time of booking. 24hrs notice is required.

    • This homes does not have an allocated parking space. Parking is limited to 2 hours during the daytime directly outside. A parking permit may be obtained from Waverley Council, alternatively unlimited free street parking can be found within a 10 minute walk.

    • There is one flight of stairs down from the street to access building entry and one flight of stair up to the apartment on the first floor. No lift access.

    • For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.

    • A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

    • A refundable security bond of $700 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.

    • Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

  • 1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.

    2. No pets are allowed on the premises.

    3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.

    4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.

    5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

  • CHECK IN: A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards. Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.

    CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
