  • Soak up the sunshine in this bright and breezy one-bedroom apartment in North Bondi, just a short stroll from iconic Bondi Beach.

    With a rare secure covered parking space, this apartment is the perfect blend of beachside living and city convenience. The fresh white interiors and coastal minimal styling create a calming, easygoing vibe throughout.

    The bedroom features a built-in wardrobe, while the spacious living area includes a comfy sofa (which can double as a bed for a third guest), a dining table, and a work desk. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for longer stays.

    Located in a secure building with intercom access, the apartment also offers access to a communal balcony where you can sip your morning coffee while taking in the city views.

    • Bedroom 1: Queen bed

    • Living room: Sofa (not sofa bed)

    If you require the living room sofa bed, additional guest fees apply.

    • Please note the car space is narrow. We recommend taking great care when reversing into the spot.

    • This apartment has instant hot water, however it is a small water heater, please allow 30 minutes in between showers to allow the water to re-heat.

    • This apartment is located on the 3rd floor by stairs. No lift access.

    • There is a bus stop directly out front of the apartment which makes public transport very convenient however you can hear the traffic of the road from the apartment. Great location but not the best for light sleepers.

    • Please note there is no wifi available in this home however a portable modem is provided in the apartment that you are welcome to use if you wish. Please note you will have to recharge yourself as required. Please note as this is not a full modem, connection can also be a little less reliable at times.

    • For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.

    • A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

    • A refundable security bond of $500 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.

    • Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

  • 1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.

    2. No pets are allowed on the premises.

    3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.

    4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.

    5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

  • CHECK IN: A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards. Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.

    CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
