The Bondi Penthouse is a stylish three-bedroom beachside residence just minutes from Bondi Beach and Tamarama. Finished to exceptional standards with no common walls, it offers complete privacy, private elevator access and secure garage parking. Enjoy light-filled interiors, ocean views, a gourmet kitchen, fireplace, three balconies with cross-ventilation, and outdoor dining. Walk to the beaches and Bondi to Coogee coastal walk.
The master bedroom features a chic ensuite, while the living/dining area is kept comfortable year-round with air-conditioning. A separate internal laundry and stainless steel appliances add everyday ease, and the wrap-around balcony is ideal for relaxed BBQs with the ocean breeze drifting through.
Finished to exceptional standards and featuring no common walls guests will enjoy private elevator access, secured parking, and ocean views.
Shops, cafes and transport are only minutes away, making it simple to settle into the eastern suburbs lifestyle - whether you’re heading out for coffee, a coastal walk, or an evening by the water.

This home is wheelchair accessible as entry to the home is via private elevator.
A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
A refundable security bond of $1,500 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

CHECK IN: Our concierge will meet you at the property to walk you through and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM.
CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
