Master bedroom with chic en-suite bathroom, two balconies allowing lovely cross ventilation and ocean breeze. There is also AC in the living area. Fireplace, Gourmet granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances, Separate internal laundry.Finished to exceptional standards and featuring no common walls guests will enjoy private elevator access, secured parking, and ocean views.
Walk to Tamarama Beach, Bondi Beach and the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk. Minutes to shops, cafes and transport.

This home is wheelchair accessible as entry to the home is via private elevator.
A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
A refundable security bond of $1,500 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

CHECK IN: Our concierge will meet you at the property to walk you through and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM.
CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
