With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 double bed distributed across four bedrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or groups to enjoy a beachside getaway.
The well-appointed kitchen, recently renovated with high-end appliances, including a Zip tap providing hot, cold, and sparkling water, awaits your culinary adventures. A breakfast bar and open-plan entertaining area with a dining table for six provide the perfect setting for family meals.
Or take it outside, the backyard features a BBQ area, inviting you to enjoy al fresco dining or bask in the sun.
Enjoy the convenience of a 5-minute walk to the beach with direct access to stairs at the bottom of the street leading to Bronte Beach. Less than 200m away, you'll find Macpherson Street, with its Bronte cafes, a bus stop, and a Metro Woolworths.
After a day of exploring or lounging on nearby Bronte beach, take a moment to unwind in the private sauna or enjoy the views over Bronte Beach and beyond from the cocoon-shaped wicker lounge chairs on the front porch.
Convenient details in this home include AC split systems in the main living area and main bedrooms, ceiling fans, and three TVs with internet for guest use.

- For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.
- A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
- A refundable security bond of $1,500 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
- Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.
1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

CHECK IN: Our concierge will meet you at the property to walk you through and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM.
CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
